THE STORY
Tiny Fox started as a side project, I wanted to design a game-ready UI kit that felt cohesive, cute, and immediately usable. The ice theme came from imagining a winter RPG set in an arctic forest.
The fox mascot characters were designed to be modular — they peek over frames, sit in corners, and react to different UI states. Each pose was drawn individually at pixel level.
Every element uses a restricted blue-navy palette for cohesion. The ice drip details on panels were hand drawn to give the UI a tactile, handcrafted feel despite the consistent visual system.
The kit includes dialogue boxes, health bars, buttons, inventory slots and scrollbars — all designed to tile and scale cleanly inside Unity's UI system or any 2D engine.
